Topher Hopkins is a Producer, Director, and Cinematographer. He has produced several high profile television programs, including Dancing with the Stars, The First 48, Bridezillas, Live Rescue, and more.  He founded Programmatic Investigations in 2018 as an integrated marketing agency dedicated to generating tips from the public.

 

As a documentary producer, he has worked with several dozen law enforcement agencies, victim families, and communities impacted by violent crime.
